There was a truly unforgettable moment at Oasis Academy Mayfield this week, as one of our students showed remarkable courage, kindness, and determination in support of two incredible causes.
For several months, Harry has been growing his hair for a cause very close to his heart, demonstrating dedication and resilience every step of the way. Thanks to his commitment and the generosity of those who supported him, Harry has raised an impressive amount of money for Cancer Research, helping to make a difference in the fight against cancer.

In a powerful and emotional moment yesterday, Harry stood in front of his peers and bravely had all his hair cut off at school. It was a moment filled with pride, admiration, and inspiration - one that will not be forgotten by anyone who witnessed it.
But Harry’s incredible journey doesn’t stop there...
His donated hair will now go to The Little Princess Trust, a charity that creates real hair wigs for children and young people who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment or other conditions. This thoughtful act will directly help bring confidence and comfort to those who need it most.
