Payment System

At Oasis Academy Mayfield we use a cashless payment system for the security and convenience of students and parents. This system is used to pay for various activities, such as:

  • The Dining Area
  • Trips abroad with a payment plan
  • Academy Uniform
  • Academy Accessories

From 30th April 2018 any users of Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Vista will no longer be able to make payments via the Tucasi Online Payments System (SCOpay) which is processed by WorldPay.  Following this implementation, it will apply to all websites by 30th June 2018. From these dates, if you attempt to pay online using either XP or Vista, you will receive an error message. If you have any queries on this, please contact our Finance Officer Mrs Susanne Crawley:

Important update to Cashless Catering from 10th December 2018

In order to increase the security around cash handling at Mayfield, we are introducing a new system for cashless catering called Biostore.

Put simply, this means the only way for students and parents/carers to top up their catering account, will be online using the unique online link code provided at the start of Year 7. Any families who have not yet registered online, will receive a copy of their online link code via a letter given to their child to bring home. If you have not received this letter by 5th November or have any queries, please email for further assistance.

For information, this system will continue to show the full online account at a glance, including the ability to pay for trips, uniform items and accessories, as well as being able to view all items purchased from the Sodexo dining area.

From 10th December 2018 all cash loaders within the academy will be removed and new streamlined/ efficient tills will be installed in the dining area as part of the upgrade. A balance checker machine will also be provided in place of the cash loaders, to support students being able to see their current balances.

We feel this is a necessary safety step going forward and hope this advance notice ensures a smooth transition, allowing parents and carers to check or set up their child’s account before the deadline.
