Throughout the year, the Academy offers students a wide variety of off-site ventures. These are a mixture of trips and visits locally, further afield in the UK and overseas. For example:
These experiences enhance the overall learning for students and are rewarding for the staff who take part. So that we can extend these experiences to more students, we are looking for volunteers who have some free time during part of their day or over several days and evenings.
Each trip or visit will always be led by a member of qualified teaching staff and you would not be expected to supervise any students on your own, but support the supervision of a small number of students within a group.
